Hey babes! Im Kaylee, the rad gal behind KayleeCosmetics. I have been a licensed lash tech for 3 years now. I just recently became a licensed esthetician. CANCELLATION POLICY
I require a $20 non-refundable deposit for all full sets and a $30 deposit for facials. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit is to hold the date and time for your appointment. If you are not able to come at that time you forfeit your deposit. All cancellations or reschedules must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in being charged 50% of appointment cost. All no shows, will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. No exceptions. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, you will be considered a no show and are responsible for the full price of appointment. Failure to pay this charge will result in being blocked from future booking. Refunds are not accepted. It is your responsibility to keep up with appointment day and times as confirmations and reminders are sent. Please communicate with me if any changes are necessary as early as possible. Your time is just as important and valuable as mine so please book accordingly! Thank you!
